Hire fee must be CASH on collection
Vehicle will NOT be released without payment.
Must be refuelled with diesel only at:
Leyland Central Garage, Belton DN9 1LR
Fill until pump cuts off.
Receipt with date/time/location required.
No receipt = deposit lost.
Vehicle must return clean (cab, horse & grooms area).
Excessive dirt = £100 cleaning charge
Weekdays:
£100 (up to 300 miles)
£150 (over 300 miles/unlimited)
Weekends/Bank Holidays:
£150 (up to 300 miles)
£170 (unlimited)
✔ Clean
✔ Refuelled correctly with receipt
✔ No damage
✔ Returned on time
Late return / damage / incorrect fuel = deposit lost
Licence + ID + forms must be completed BEFORE collection.
Booking and Availability
Please be aware that half day Hire runs from 6:00 - 16:00 and 8:00 - 18:00. Bookings outside of these times will be charged as a 12 hour period.
